The department holds meetings every Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. at the South Fire Station, 15 South Dogwood Trail (across from the Kitty Hawk Elementary School).

Firefighter meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. Rescue 12 meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and the engineers meeting takes place on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
