Community Outreach
SSVFD participates in Community Outreach through a variety of programs and events. These include open houses, parades, visits to schools, day care centers, and summer camps to promote fire safety; assisting the community during disaster cleanup; hosting presentations to civic clubs and homeowners associations; supporting Toys for Tots during the holiday season; and providing stand-by assistance at events such as races and surf competitions.
